PDF or OFD to Picture Smart Edition Windows Application

Mode 1: Mass conversion by directory

application scenario: large quantities of PDF (such as thousands) need to be quickly converted to pictures

method of use:

1. click the button: Select the directory where the PDF is located
2. select a folder with a large number of PDF files
3. after selecting the folder, the system will automatically process it and wait for the processing to complete.
4. Click to open the image storage directory to view the converted images

warm Tip: The system will automatically add a PDFToImg folder under the selected directory to store the converted pictures.

Mode two: select the specified file conversion

application scenario: there are multiple PDF, distributed in different folders

method of use:

1. click the button: add files, add the pdf to be converted to the list to be converted (I .e. blank area), or press and hold the pdf file to be converted and drag it directly to the list to be converted (I .e. blank area) of the software.
2. Click button: Set picture save directory, select picture save folder
3. click button: Start conversion
4. wait for processing to complete

warm Tip: Click Empty File to empty the list to be converted.

Mode three: drag and drop file speed conversion

application scenario: pursuit of speed, less pdf or ofd files to be converted

method of use:

1. press and hold the pdf or ofd file to be converted and drag it to the area shown above.
2. Wait for the system to process, and the system will automatically create a picture file with the same name in the directory where the PDF or OFD is located.

Warm Tip: There is no need to empty the conversion result list after each conversion. The system will automatically empty the file next time you drag it in.

How do I add an OFD file?

Refer to the figure below to switch the file type in the lower right corner of the file selection dialog box

The system provides two conversion cores:

core 1: Fast conversion speed but discard electronic signature

core 2: Slow conversion speed but retain electronic signature

What is an electronic signature?

The lower right side of the electronic invoice is stamped by the unit, or the electronic contract is also stamped by the unit. The "red seal" above is the electronic seal.

* PDF to picture is a local function, converted on your own computer, will not be uploaded to the server, 100% safe

* When OFD is converted to pictures, the software will upload the OFD to the server first, and the server will transfer it to the software after the conversion is completed. The server will not keep the original OFD file. Please feel free to use the data safely.
